 All rentals require a 2 hour minimum and a $200 Refundable Security and Damage Deposit that is refunded upon successful review of the space and abiding by the rental agreement. We reserve the right to vary the deposit based on size and scope of event. A $30 Turnover Fee is added to all reservations that is for staff and facility maintenance following each rental. Please contact us before booking to assess fit. All bookings are final, non-refundable, and non-transferrable.

Guest Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the conduct of your guests and vendors (if applicable) and for any damage caused
  • NEW:  We strongly recommend event insurance, especially for larger events and when alcohol is served. We’ve partnered with Event Helper and Vensura ifas affordable and reputable  you want a second option. You can always choose your own provider, just send us proof of insurance and us named as additionally-insured.
  • 10% discount applied on weekday reservations that are 9 or more hours (Mon – Thurs).
  • Weekend reservations that are over 10 hours hours will be discounted to $850.
  • The building closes at 10 PM and may not be occupied past this time in order to retain your deposit.
  • Don’t forget to add extra time to set up and clean up to your rental.
  • Please vacate the parking lot on time.

  • Rentable hours are between 7 AM to 10 PM and venue must be cleaned and locked by 10 PM.
  • 10% Discount Applied on Weekday events (Mon – Thurs) that are 9 or more hours.
  • Weekend events (Fri – Sun) that are 10 or more hours are discounted to $850.
  • If your event is open to the public, please make sure your guests do not block our neighbors. A parking plan will be needed.

  • Leave plenty of time for clean up before the building closes 10 PM. Occupying past 10 PM will result in loss of the deposit.

Event insurance is strongly recommended for your protection and peace of mind, especially when alcohol is being served and for larger events. When renting our facility, you are assuming full liability for any loss, damages, or injury. Most policies cost less than $150, which will always be less than any costs associated with potential accidents, damages, or injuries. This is standard practice across venues to protect hosts and their guests.

Our venue is listed on Event Helper and on Vensura, as reputable partners in the industry. All of our venue information and requirements are pre-filled to save you time, and they will also send the Certificate of Insurance (COI) to us on your behalf after the policy is purchased.

If you decide to use another provider, that’s fine! Please just provide the COI upon request, and name us as additionally-insured.
